Job Purpose: Alaris Antennas is seeking a hardworking, driven, and self-motivated individual who can work independently and accurately.
Application Requirements:
Minimum Education (Required): National Diploma
Minimum Education (Preferred): B.Eng or B.Tech
Experience: 2+ years in a production or testing environment. Experience with RF environments or fine-pitch soldering is advantageous.
Computer Literacy (Required):
- MS Excel (Intermediate)
- MS Word (Intermediate)
Test Equipment Proficiency:
- Vector Network Analyzer
- LCR Meter
- Multimeter
Language Proficiency: English

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Self-driven with excellent organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Logical thinker with high initiative and responsibility
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and acquire new skills as needed
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform inline electrical testing of antenna sub-assemblies (cables, PCBs, switches)
- Accurately record and report test results
- Set up and perform environmental stress screening and final acceptance tests
- Identify and analyze common build problems and root causes
- Assist R&D engineers with prototype testing
- Maintain test equipment and support automated testing developments
- Propose process improvements and adhere to QA standards
- Perform repairs and reworks as needed
- Collaborate in planning and continuous improvement of test programs and equipment
- Complete additional duties as requested by management
